Visionary Machines Appoints David Pullini as Chairman
Visionary Machines today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed David Pullini as Chairman, effective 24 September 2026.

The appointment reflects the Company’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team as it pursues new opportunities, broadens its market presence, and builds on the momentum established over recent years.
Mr Pullini brings more than 30 years of experience as Chair and Non-Executive Director across a range of technology companies, both private and public. He is currently Chair of Ocius Technology Limited and Chair of Humanforce and serves as a Non-Executive Director of Phocas Software and Folklore Ventures.
Sonny Foster, Chief Executive Officer of Visionary Machines, said: “The Board and I are confident that David’s experience will provide the governance, business and capital markets expertise essential to guiding the Company through its next phase of growth.

Mr Foster also extended sincere gratitude to outgoing Chairman David Shein for his dedicated service and leadership.
